== Wed, Mary 26 ==
We had six students tonight.

* Reviewed prepositions we learned and practiced over the last two weeks. 
** Easter is in April. 
** Easter is on April 20th
** Class starts at 6:45

* Students did an exercise where they answered questions about an image. 
** The questions built on the topics we learned over the last month so one of the newer students struggled a bit. 
** The other students tried to help but were putting her on the spot. 
** Next time we'll try to step in and move on with the lesson.
* Students worked in pairs asking each other questions about the picture and providing answers. 
** This also let them ask teachers questions about grammar or pronunciation 
** which was great and led to a lot of good discussions. 
* Students switched groups to mix up the questions being asked.

Thoughts for next time:

* A teacher mentioned wanting to adapt a slide deck he had about the English language and explain why words are the way they are. 
* He pointed out that two common places where students are struggling are with the possessive 's and with prepositions that replace "en" in Spanish.
